It’s best to follow us on Facebook to stay informed of dates. We offer at least 2 classes per month - Always Free and Always at 7pm. There will be at least 2 classes (sometimes as many as 5) in a row on consecutive nights. We offer scripture, prayer, reflection, intentional breath and movement all beautiful hymn, instrumentals and praise music. The focus of this class is on our Lord and Savior. All are welcome.
